OUR CONTACT FORM
We provide a contact form on this website so that you can make inquiries. We require you to provide an email address so that we have a means of responding, and we give you the option to provide your name if you choose to do so. All messages are stored behind a firewall on a secure server. Only a limited number of qualified Brotus employees have access to your message. After we respond, we delete your message so your email address is no longer stored on our server.
OUR MAILING LIST
Brotus maintains a mailing list, which we use to update subscribers about our products and website. We also send articles that are not specifically about our services, but instead provide information and/or entertainment to our subscribers. We may also use our mailing list to send anonymous voluntary questionnaires to help us better serve our website visitors and customers. We will not send spam or unsolicited mailings.
Participation in our mailing list is strictly at the option of our site visitors. We never add visitor's names to our mailing list when they place an order or contact us with general inquiries. Instead, those who wish to be on our mailing list must fill out our add to mailing list form themselves. We require you to provide us with your email address, which we need in order to send you mailings, and we give you the option to provide your first name. This allows us to address you personally in our mailings.
ORDERING WITH US
Our mailing list is hosted by Constant Contact and is safely stored behind a firewall on a secure server. Access to our mailing list is password protected and restricted to qualified Brotus employees.
Our site is hosted on the Wix.com platform, and they provide our ecommerce shopping cart software. Wix uses 2048 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption on all forms throughout the ecommerce sections of this website, and safely stores your order information behind a firewall on a secure server.
Our payment processing partners are Wix for credit cards, and Pay Pal. Both services adhere to PCI - DDS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standards) requirements and use level 1 protection, which is the highest form of protection. We do not have control over Pay Pal's privacy policies, and have provided a link for you to review them here. When you process your payment with Pay Pal, you agree to their privacy policies and their terms of service.
When you place an order using our ecommerce store, Wix collects your full name, email address, shipping address, and purchase details. This information enables us to fulfill your order and communicate with you directly regarding your order. After you confirm your order through the Wix shopping cart, and chosen your desired method of payment (credit card or Pay Pal), you are then sent to a page that gives you a direct and secure connection with that payment gateway for processing. After payment completion, Wix send us a copy of your order via email so that we can fulfill your order and ship it to you.
Neither Wix or Pay Pal disclose your financial information to Brotus & Juliet. So, no one at Brotus or has any access to your credit card or bank account numbers, and only qualified Brotus & Juliet employees have access to your order details.
When you request to return a product, the personal information we need is your full name, and zip code so we can search for the invoice of your original purchase. We also need your email address to communicate with you. We provide a link for you to send us this information directly in an email through your email service. These email communications are encrypted. Only a limited number of qualified Brotus employees have access to your return request, and your shipping address in our system.
To improve your Internet experience we may provide links to other companies, resources, and third party sites. When you click on one of these links you will be connected to the website you selected in a new browser window. Because Brotus does not control these sites you are encouraged to review their individual privacy notices.
